Chest and Cardio Day

I did pretty good yesterday upholding my diet and not eating anything too bad.  We had Chinese food for dinner though, but I managed to eat chicken with vegetables or a shrimp and scallop plate with some brown rice.  Had some light popcorn while watching a movie with the kids, and when I got hungry again, downed some skinless grilled chicken.

Now it's onto the gym this morning for a chest workout.  I wish I could stay home with the kids today, but too many things to do at work.  Work helps regulate my schedule anyway, so looking forward to cardio session at lunch time.
