Getting Up

For some reason this morning, I had a little trouble getting out of bed.  As always though, I focused on what it was I set the alarm for and soon enough, I was up and getting ready for the gym.  Works every time.  Well...almost.

I'm working out my back this morning, so looking to make it a good one.   I'm also trying to build up core strength and increasing the amount of reps I do for abs every day. 

I'm also bringing my bike in to work today and looking forward to today's lunch ride.  After this weekend, a lot of the guys I ride with are excited to come out, so it should be a fun one.
