Starting 4th Week

I didn't sleep too well last night, but I still felt good enough to get up this morning to do my chest workout despite yesterday's long ride.

As far as my diet yesterday, it's pretty difficult to take in enough when dieting on chicken and pasta, so I had to eat a few times.  Even then, I never really felt full.  I lightened up on the pasta and was just eating vegetables after a while just to minimize carbs.  I hope I do decent on the weights today given this.

I still plan on hitting some cardio at lunch time too.  I hope to get on the elliptical and do a steady pace today just to burn fat.  I'll save the intense cardio for the Tuesday ride.
